Maria’s achievements include: Regeneron Science Talent Search 2020 Finalist • University of Michigan Stamps Scholar • Morehead-Cain Scholar • Top ten percent of class (9th-12th) • American Legion Oratorical Contest District winner & State runner-up • Science award from the Yale Science & Engineering Association, Inc. • Cornell Book Award Recipient • FIRST Robotics Deans List Semi-Finalist • Rotary Club Community Service Award • Silver medal on National Latin Exam
